Users acknowledge and confirm that the discounts provided for in some Parking Facilities are variable and subject to availability: they may be based on the average filling level of the car parks or on advance reservations with respect to the parking-commencement date.
Users cancel or modify the reservation at any time up to 24 hours before the parking entry date, under the following conditions:
If the cancellation is made within 14 days after the purchase of the reservation, the price paid for the reservation will be fully refunded;
If the cancellation is made more than 14 days after the purchase of the reservation, a penalty equal to 20% of the price paid for the reservation will be applied.
Please note: invoices can be requested only during the online payment process or at the cashier point.
A booking modification is managed by the total refund of the amount paid for the modified booking and subsequent total purchase of the new booking, subject to car parks availability and fares at that time.
